Is it better to order my furniture online or buy in store?
There are benefits to both: when ordering online, you can shop from the comfort of your own home and we will do our best to ensure your goods arrive safely and quickly. They may also arrive to your delivery address quicker if you order them online.
How long does delivery take?
For shoes to be delivered to your delivery address or to the shop for collection: Normally within 5 working days. This can sometimes be longer depending on the supplier.
For furniture to be delivered to your delivery address: In stock items 1-3 working days. Special order 4-6 weeks depending on the brand.

What is your returns policy?
You can return any item in it's original packaging, unworn/unused and in a resaleable condition within 14 days. If the product is faulty or you have problem, explain it to us and we'll be happy to help.
Can I wear orthotics bought from Feet and Spine in any of my usual shoes?
Most of the time, yes, however not all shoes will be suitable. Often, fashion shoes tend to be less supportive and do not accommodate specialist insoles. We advise that, if you have a pair of shoes in mind when buying orthotic insoles, bring them into the shop so you can try them on together.
How do I clean and maintain my footwear?
We sell a range of products and nifty tools for you to clean, buff and polish your shoes. All shoes will come with care instructions.
How long do foot and spine scans take?
A fully comprehensive foot and spine scan will take around 1 hour to fully complete. This includes the initial consultation, the scanning process, and the interpretation of the results.
Do I have to get undressed for a spine scan?
Yes. But please keep your underpants on. We also provide examination gowns.
How do I cancel my appointment?
Please cancel appointments 24 hours in advance. You can do so by calling the shop on 0161 488 4491 or emailing email@example.com and entering in the subject line: CANCELLATION and YOUR NAME.
